About MiB
Networking. It is the quintessential method to successfully market yourself into a larger circle of influence. MiB is certainly not the first and will not be the last networking organization to rise up from the evolutionary changes that are happening right now in the workplace.
The demands are great. That's not news. Women struggle with the confluence of raising children, managing a household, maintaining relationships, caring for elderly parents, working to keep up with expenses.
As result, many of us have had to walk away from blossoming careers and now many of us have chosen to become architects of our own careers. Solopreneurs!
Kind of hard to grow a business when you're not getting out there making contacts, isn't it? Well, it doesn't have to be nor should it be.
At MiB you will immediately become inspired by the incredible collection of women who bring their individual and inspired versions of energy, commitment and ambition to the table month-after-month. I guarantee that if you have a product or service you truly believe in and you bring that enthusiasm to our group, you will be noticed, validated and, eventually, referred.
There are many networking groups but none fit the unique model that MiB is. We are a community of women who meet in a non-competitive environment to share skills, ideas and energy. Regular meeting attendance perpetuates a widening circle of influence, ongoing access to new contacts and the possibility of referral-getting. Sometimes we make each other laugh or cry and we always walk away feeling good about having made connections.

As founder of this group, I understand that a foundation is merely the base upon which to build. Therefore, the work is not in the finding of an organization but in the building upon it. That challenge thrills all my senses and my message to you is this: I'm more than excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for growing this network of motivated women into a referral-giving-and-getting haven and hope you'll share your ideas by becoming a part of it.
